BRAINapt is an international, patient-centered adaptive trial platform that explores the effects of various interventions across three domain families.

Those domain families are : (i) drugs, (ii) devices, and (iii) other interventions (neither drugs nor devices). 
The focus is on patient outcomes in adults with moderate or severe acute traumatic brain injury (TBI).
